Here to Listen. Here to Serve.
A Life Rooted in Hard Work and Service
My story is one that many everyday Bostonians will recognize. Much of my childhood was marked by housing insecurity, moving from place to place, never quite knowing what stability felt like. As a young adult, I came to Boston seeking opportunity and yet, like too many in this city, faced unemployment, underemployment, homelessness, poverty, violence, and housing discrimination. I’ve lived every pain point that too many working people in this city experience daily.
But like many of you I built resilience in spite of struggle. I’ve worked in fast food, retail, call centers, warehouses, and as a real estate broker. I know what it means to work long hours just to make ends meet. In my real estate career spent over a decade helping renters find housing. In doing so, I saw firsthand how unfair the system is—how tenants, especially those with vouchers, are forced to navigate an industry that too often ignores fair housing laws. That experience didn’t just frustrate me—it made me take action.
From Entrepreneur to Activist
I didn’t just complain about the problems—I got involved. I testified at City Hall and the State House. I helped organize community forums to hold candidates on the local and state levels accountable. I lobbied for housing justice, reparations, government transparency, and fair policies that uplift working-class Bostonians. Whether it was helping to shape local and state bills, pushing for stronger tenant protections, engaging in voter registration drives, or fighting displacement in vulnerable neighborhoods, I’ve always dedicated myself to fighting for Boston’s most vulnerable. I’ve built coalitions, worked with legislators, and never backed down from a fight when it meant standing up for the people of Boston.
A Vision for Boston That Puts People First
Boston belongs to all of us—not just the ultra-wealthy, not just the connected, but to the everyday working people who make this city what it is. My campaign is about giving power back to the people:
✅ Housing Justice – Increase enforcement of fair housing laws, fight displacement, and advocate to make affordable housing not just a buzzword but a reality for both renters and aspiring homeowners.
✅ Government Accountability – The City Council must be a check on the mayor, not a rubber stamp. In the Trump era where recklessness and unaccountability is the norm, we must double down on making government responsive to and respectful of the needs of everyday people. One of the best ways to defend democracy is to practice democracy. Not top down autocracy, not oligarchy, DEMOCRACY!! I promise to show the residents of Boston what checks and balances look like. I am beholden only to the people of Boston.
✅ Economic Fairness – Support small businesses, workers, and policies that put everyday Bostonians first—not corporate interests.
✅ Community-Driven Policy – I believe in participatory government where residents have a real say in decision-making and full access to their government.
I Will Listen. I Will Serve.
I know what it’s like to feel unheard. I also know that with our voices joined together, we have the power to force our leaders to finally listen and respond. If you’ve ever wondered whether your voice matters, if you’ve ever wanted a city government that listens to you—I’m here to tell you: It does. And I will.
Boston deserves leadership that is fearless, that is accountable, and that understands the struggles of everyday people because they have lived them. I am that leader. I am here to listen. I am here to serve.
